These terms and conditions, are subject to amendment on occasion and apply to all our services whether on this website, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing and using our website or any of our applications via any device (hereafter collectively referred to as the 'website') and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement). The content of these pages, and the online hotel reservation service provided on these pages and through the website are owned by www.roomhopper Hereafter referred to as “Roomhopper.com”, “Roomhopper” 'us', 'we' and 'our'.

1. Making your Booking

Through the website we 'Roomhopper and it’s affiliates' provide an online booking service through which hotels 'including all types of accommodation offered on our website' and our suppliers list their rooms for reservation for use by customers accessing the website. By making a reservation through Roomhopper, you accept the following:

i. All fees must be paid upfront for your booking via our website by using a debit or credit card.

ii. www.roomhopper is in no way responsible for informing you of any identification, visas or travel documents needed during your stay or travels, this is the sole responsibility of the customer making the booking to find out the requirements in accordance with hotel policy and the policies of the country of your stay and any countries through which you travel. As such we recommend you access this information via the relevant government websites and by viewing the accommodation suppliers terms and policies

iii.Your booking is only confirmed when you receive a voucher for your stay via email conformation with a relevant booking reference number.

iv. After the booking is confirmed your contract is then with the hotel and not Roomhopper except under the conditions of our cancelations and booking transfer policies.

When delivering our service, the information that we publish is based on the information provided to us by the hotels and our suppliers. As such the hotels and our suppliers are responsible for the information provided to us and not Roomhopper. We publish this information in good faith and require that our suppliers provide accurate information. In the event this information is inaccurate, although not the fault or responsibility of www.roomhopper , we may be able to escalate the issue with our suppliers and issue a refund.

Although we will use all reasonable care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors, any interruptions (whether due to breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each supplier remains responsible at all times for the truthfulness, completeness and accuracy of the information (including the rates and availability) displayed on our website. Our website does not issue any recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level or rating of any accommodation made available.

Our services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only.

2. Pricing

We ensure the princes on our site are highly competitive. All prices displayed on our website are per room for your entire stay (unless indicated “per night”) and are the total and final price for your stay with no additional taxes or fees to be later included, except in cases where certain types of payment cards are used a small fee may apply.

Roomhopper.com offers a Price Match Guarantee, this means in the case you find a hotel room with the same applicable booking conditions elsewhere online after you have completed a booking with Roomhopper we will refund you the difference between our rate and the lower rate in compliance with our Price match terms and conditions. Sometimes cheaper rates are available at our website for a specific stay at a hotel, however, these rates made by hotels may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example in respect to cancellation and refund. Please check the room and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

In the event of a cross out rate, we have compared the offered rate with the average full rate that has been offered for the room in the past 60 days before the current rate. This means that you get the same room at a lower price compared the price other customers who booked that room previously.The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary.

3. Privacy

Roomhopper is an ethical company and as such we respect your privacy. With exceptions made for disclosures required by law in all relevant regions in addition to the disclosure of your name, email address for completing your booking with the relevant hotel of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent and we will never disclose your credit card details. However, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to our affiliates, employees and representatives who have access to such information with our permission wherever it is necessary to be able to perform our service, as well as internal operations where the need dictates.

4. Free Service

Our service is without any charge to our customers. We take full payment upfront and pass the funds directly to our suppliers less our commission, which we are compensated with by the accommodation providers, and never our customers, we have no hidden fees or any other charges.

5. Credit Cards

Some credit cards are more expensive for us to process than others and as such we may ask that when processing these cards a very small fee is paid at the time of booking to account for these charges 'these charges will never be taken without your consent'. Debit cards never have any of these associated charges and therefor Roomhopper recommends using this type of payment card 'debit' in order to avoid any credit card fees.

6. Cancellation

When making a booking with Roomhopper.com you agree to all terms and conditions the hotel stipulates in regards to both your reservation and throughout the duration of your stay with the inclusion of services delivered/offered by the hotel. An overview of the terms, conditions and policies of each hotel can be found on the corresponding details page of each hotel and also in the confirmation email. Please be aware that some rates and special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the hotel booking details carefully for any of these conditions before confirming your reservation.

Information on how to cancel or amend bookings after you have made your reservation can be found in the conformation email. www.roomhopper reserves the right to charge a cancelation or amendment fee under certain conditions and in accordance with the hotels cancelation and no show policies. Please see both Roomhopper and the relevant hotels cancelation policies.

7. Correspondence

After making your booking other than receiving emails in relation to, and necessary for your booking 'for example your conformation' or emails regarding any changes or notifications that relate to your booking and are necessary to complete our service, you agree to receive

i. An email which we may send to you shortly before the day of your stay, which may include but is not limited to information and offers relevant to your destination (this may include offers from trusted third parties associated with roomhopper.co.uk, only on the condition that you opt for third party offers)

ii. An email which we may send immediately after your stay with our complements and the request to fill out our guest review form in order to rate your stay and help us provide a better service.

Other than these 2 mentioned exceptions and those necessary for us to complete our service (such as, but not limited to your conformation email), we shall not send you any further (solicited or unsolicited) notices, emails or correspondence, unless you specifically agree otherwise.

8. Ranking and Guest reviews

When making a search on Roomhopper.com the search filter is always set at default to recommended. We do however as part of our service offer several other ways of filtering results. Please note that the Default Ranking is created through a fully automatic ranking system (algorithm) and based on multiple criteria.

We may upload completed guest reviews onto the relevant hotel’s information page on www.roomhopper.com with the goal of informing other customers of your experience and rating of the accommodation in which you stayed. We may also wholly or partly use this information and place it on www.roomhopper.co.uk at our discretion for marketing, promotion or improvement of our service as well as for use on social media platforms, newsletters, special promotions, apps or other channels owned, hosted, used or controlled by www.roomhopper.co.uk. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our discretion. The guest review form should be regarded exclusively as a survey and does not include any further commercial offers, invitations or incentives.

9. Our Liability

www.roomhopper makes every effort to assure your booking is fulfilled to your full satisfaction and that we deliver our service to the highest standards, however Room Hopper’s liability is restricted only to our service and under the following terms:

i. www.roomhopper’s only responsibility is to make arrangements for the provision by the relevant suppliers of the accommodation that you book, however we do not have any responsibility for the operation of the accommodation itself.

ii. www.roomhopper (including our employees, representatives, partners and affiliates) has no liability to you for any dissatisfaction, any personal losses including but not limited to, loss of enjoyment, income, reputation, personal injury or damage to self and property which results from your use of the accommodation and services booked with www.roomhopper or by force majeure or any other event beyond our control while using or traveling to accommodation booked with Roomhopper, including any negligence or actions on behalf of the accommodation provider, their employees, representatives, partners and affiliates which may result in any of these outcomes or any outcome seen as unfavorable. In addition www.roomhopper has no liability to you under any circumstances for any consequential loss, which you may suffer in relation to any arrangements, which you book to coincide with the accommodation you have booked with www.roomhopper.

iii.In the unlikely event that www.roomhopper suffers collapse or insolvency, any money you have paid is not protected by a scheme of financial protection

iv. Roomhopper is only responsible for any negligence or failure to carry out our service to what is reasonably expected which is limited to booking your accommodation with our suppliers, issuing conformation and receiving your payment and dealing with any cancelations and amendments within the bounds of our related terms and conditions. We however are not responsible for any losses incurred weather financial, injury to self, reputation or damage to property, loss of income, production or otherwise that has occurred from or in connection with the use of or inability to use or access our website, including but not limited to any delays in service or on our website, any software, hardware or technical malfunction on behalf of www.roomhopper or through any inaccuracies of prices, information or accommodation descriptions listed on our site.

10. Intellectual Property

The software used for our services which are available at or used by our website and the intellectual property rights including trademarks and copyrights of the content, information and material on our website are owned by www.roomhopper and/or it’s suppliers/providers.

11. Disclaimer

In the event any part of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other conditions that remain valid. Under such circumstances any invalid terms and/or conditions will still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and you will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable or non-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these terms and conditions.

All of our services are rendered www.roomhopper.com, which is a private limited liability company, incorporated under the laws of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

www.roomhopper.com has its headquarters in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and is supported by various affiliated group companies (the 'support companies') throughout the world. The support companies only provide an internal supporting role to and for the benefit of www.roomhopper.com. Certain designated support companies render limited customer care support services (only by telephone). The support companies do not have any website (and do not in any way control, manage, maintain or host the website). The support companies do not have any power or authority to render the service, to represent www.roomhopper.com or to enter into any contract in the name of, for or on behalf of www.roomhopper.com. You do not have a (legal or contractual) relationship with the support companies. The support companies do not operate and are not authorised to act as any form of process or service agent of www.roomhopper.com. www.roomhopper.com does not accept nor assume any domicile at any place, location or office in the world (also not at the office of its support companies), other than its registered office in Abu Dhabi.
